X-Fit is a dynamic strength and conditioning training with constantly varying exercises, high intensity, and functional movements. A full-body workout focusing on specific muscle groups that vary from session to session. It differs from normal strength training by high intensity and therefore also provides fitness and endurance - in addition to strength.

We use kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, etc. in functional movements, which ensures training of the muscles in focus and supports the muscles around it in focus. X-Fit is suitable for anyone with a desire to effectively build muscle, fitness, and endurance, but due to the high intensity not suitable for rehabilitation. Remember water!
