StepStrength is the class for you who want to tone your body while maintaining a high heart rate! In the class we will mainly use the step board and dumbbells. We turn up the music and work out all parts of the body.
The class is suitable for all levels, as you can decide what level the board should be set to and how many kg. you want to lift in dumbbells!
The class is divided into 3 sessions consisting of about 5 songs in each session, where we build up the intensity. There will be a 1 minute water break between sessions!
