Karate is for everyone and is pure workout!
There are many different forms of karate. In UniFitness we train according to the Wado Ryu style (the way to the harmonious style). We train techniques to strengthen individual parts of the body, but also to strengthen the parts of the body we use as "weapons". You do not need to have trained in karate or any other martial art before. Anyone can join in. However, if you have done karate before, we also practice kihon, kata, and bunkai. We train in t-shirts, loose fitting trousers, and barefoot.
Remember water. Average calorie burn is 500 - 1.000 per hour.
