If you are experienced please bring gloves and a mouth guard. If you are a beginner please show up and we will take things step by step.
This is not a fight club. We don't have a boxing ring and the floor is hard. Due to the circumstances we do not fight hard. The purpose is to practice boxing and get in good shape. The calorie burn is high!
