Cardio step is a class for those who want a high heart rate and high burn. At cardio step we listen to great music, step on the stepboard and have fun!
CardioStep focuses on high heart rate! It's for all levels whether you've stepped or done cardio before.
The class is divided into 3 sessions consisting of about 5 songs in each session, where we build up the intensity. And there will be 1 minute water break between sessions!
